Context Overview
Who is Detox True Hospitality?
Detox True Hospitality operates a portfolio of premium, eco-friendly luxury villas in pristine locations across Australia. Built on the values of natural rejuvenation, premium tranquility, and organic wellness, the brand focuses on delivering customized guest experiences that help busy executives unplug. Prior to partnering with White Stone Data, the resort relied on outdated marketing models and disjointed local listings, restricting their ability to command premium price points and build sustainable direct bookings.

Timeline
Core Business Objectives

Target Audience Markets

- 03B2B corporate leadership teams booking executive stress-management workshops.
The Challenge
Identifying the Core Bottlenecks
The brand struggled to communicate a sense of premium tranquility. They faced visual consistency issues across platforms, looking like a generic budget motel rather than a high-end luxury wellness retreat.
During our primary design audit, we uncovered severe gaps in their digital customer journey. The online reservation portal felt clinical and cold, featuring standard systems fonts that contradicted the warm luxury of the resort. Furthermore, guest amenities like organic bath sets and welcome guides used generic plastic packaging, breaking the eco-friendly brand promise and reducing user trust.
Brand Impression Obstacles
- The complex legacy logo became unrecognizable when scaled onto mobile layouts or email signatures.
- Social media feeds lacked standardized templates, presenting a cluttered visual presence.
- Organic guest amenity soaps used generic plastic wrapping, violating the zero-waste brand promise.
Technical & System Obstacles
- 01Inconsistent typography systems across guest booking confirmations, invoices, and room cards.
- 02Digital landing pages failed to justify the high-ticket price of premium wellness packages.
- 03Disjointed domain configurations caused tracking bugs on Google Analytics conversion paths.
The Strategy
Our Branding Execution
WSD crafted a comprehensive, tranquil visual identity, natural packaging systems, and digital design guidelines.
We initiated a complete identity system design from the ground up. This included a custom vector logo, soft and earthy color schemes, and a unified typography kit. We also redesigned their physical room collateral, shifting to raw recycled cotton papers with blind embossing, and replaced plastic packaging with premium biodegradable materials to align with their ecological values.
Identity & Print Deliverables
- Designed a custom logo mark and typography system built around elegant, high-contrast serif families.
- Developed a natural, organic color palette mapping soft creams, sage greens, and warm slate tones.
- Created custom, minimalist packaging designs for guest soaps, bath amenities, and welcome keys.
- Codified a 40-page master Brand Guidelines Book to govern all future vendor assets.
Implementation & Launch Phases
- 01Discovery & Brand Audit: Diagnostic evaluation of all legacy reservation touchpoints.
- 02Identity Redesign: Logo concepts, color theory definition, and custom typography setup.
- 03Collateral Build: Package design prototyping and physical paper print testing.
- 04Digital Rollout: Integration of assets into the optimized reservation reservation portal.
